Return Policy: As of JUNE 1ST 2026
Returns and exchanges are accepted. You must email or message our facebook page to start a return. Customer is responsible for the return & new postage.
Items not qualified for return:

- Home Decor
- Cowhide jewelry holders
- Cowhide / Saddle blanket mirrors
- Horse Tack
- Clearance and/or sale/promo items
- Seasonal items
- Custom made items
- Freshies
- Stained or {for lack of better words...} stanky items. We do not want your cigarette smelling clothes! {Sorryyyy not sorry!}
We reserve the right to reject your return regardless of qualifications. Thank You, BWO
Upon receiving your items via shipping or pickup you have 24hours to inspect for damage. We will pay to replace your items. :)
